§ 58-402. Municipal civil infractions.

It is hereby determined that the violation of any of the following ordinance provisions shall constitute a municipal civil infraction punishable by civil fines as established by resolution of the city council:

(a)

Chapter 18, Building and Building Regulations:

Article I - In General

Article II - State Construction Code

Article III - Electrical Code

Article IV - Smoke Detection Devices

Article V - Swimming Pools

Article VI - Property Maintenance Code

Article VII - Dangerous Buildings

(b)

City of Flat Rock Zoning Ordinance

(c)

Chapter 42, Fire Prevention and Protection:

Article II - Fire Prevention Code

(d)

Chapter 14, Animals

Article II - Dogs

Article III - Cats

(e)

Chapter 38, Environment

Article VI - Stormwater Management

(f)

Any other ordinance which specifically provides that a violation constitutes a municipal civil infraction.
